Pakistani singer Ali Zafar’s much-awaited single, Urainge Asmaan, a tribute to the victims of the Peshawar school massacre on December 16 last year, releases on FEB 7.
Written and composed by Zafar, the video features 40 celebrities from Pakistan, and is not just an ode to the victims, but also hope for a better future.
“It was time to not just do more but also to motivate and inspire others to do more… If we don’t make and take a stand now, and continue to rely on others to do it for us, we will never attain, retain or sustain the status of a homeland we aspire for,” said the singer in a release.
